Imperial Homes of Naples LLC, one of Southwest Florida’s most experienced and universally respected luxury home builders, has just revealed only four homesites remain in its community of Peninsula Treviso Bay.
According to Jim Berk, the community’s Director of Sales, the single-family enclave, which originally had 55 homesites to sell, has only four remaining.
“The sale effort at this unique and beautiful community has been nothing short of spectacular,” stated Berk. “It has been one of Naples’ fastest selling communities due to its location close to downtown, the amenities the residents can enjoy on a daily basis, the incredible views from every lanai, and the perfectly designed floor plans and the quality of construction that’s engineered in every home.”
Peninsula is also one of the busiest places in the Naples’ area as well.
“Due to the recent wave of sales, we currently have 12 end-user homes under construction at the present time and plan to start yet another 12 homes in about six months,” noted Berk.
Even with the recent sales pace, Berk wants to remind those looking for a new home in an amenity-rich community to stop by Peninsula Treviso Bay.
“Our remaining homesites still have incredible views, and with nine floor plans from which to choose, I’m certain we offer one that will fit your needs – and lifestyle – perfectly,” he said.
Three of those floor plans have been designated to become ‘quick delivery homes. According to Berk, a quick delivery home is a spec home that may be purchased at any time during its construction. Depending on timing and how far along the construction phase is, the buyer would be able to make all finish selections remaining that have not been committed.
“We chose three of our most popular floor plans as quick delivery homes,” stated Berk. “All of them are scheduled to be completed by late 2022.”
Those three floor plans include the Burano, the Burano II and the Caprina.
The Burano is a four-bedroom/four-and-a-half-bath home with 3,515 square feet under air and 5,035 total square feet, including three-car garage and outdoor living area.
The Burano II, which will be the first to be constructed, is a five-bedroom plus club room/five full-bath/two half-bath home with 5,289 square feet under air and 7,502 total square feet, including three-car garage and outdoor living area.
The master suite, a guest bedroom and the study (fifth bedroom) are located on the first floor and two ensuite guest bedrooms and the club room, with access to a 30- by 20-square-foot balcony, is located on the second floor.
The Caprina is a four-bedroom plus study/four-and-a-half-bath home with 3,770 square feet under air and 5,180 total square feet including a three-car garage.
Six additional floor plans are also available at Peninsula Treviso Bay.
The Abaco is a four-bedroom plus optional study/three-and-a-half-bath plan with 3,196 square feet under air and 4,642 total square feet, including three-car garage and outdoor living area.
The Domenica is a two-story, four-bedroom plus study and club room/four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,544 square feet under air and 6,409 total square feet, including three-car garage.
The Elisabella is a two-story, four-bedroom plus club room/ four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,687 square feet under air and 6,683 total square feet, including three-car garage.
The Abaco, Caprina and Domenica have optional floor plans to consider.
Prices for a home and homesite at Peninsula range from $2.3 to $3.3 million.
Imperial Homes of Naples currently has one completed model available for touring.
The Domenica II is a two-story, four-bedroom plus den plus bonus room/four full-bath/two half-bath home with 4,157 square feet under air and 6,329 total square feet. The Domenica II sold just two days after being furnished but is available to tour through November.
For those unfamiliar with Peninsula, its name represents exactly what it is, a neighborhood of only 55 homes surrounded by water on all sides. But it doesn’t stop there.
Beyond the lake are the finishing holes of Treviso Bay’s TPC championship golf course, making the views from every home a magical combination of sparkling blues and manicured greens, under the spectacular azure sky.
Berk explained Imperial Homes of Naples designed specific floor plans to take full advantage of the phenomenal lake and golf course views available in the community.
“We did that by using as much glass as possible on the back of the home to ensure that the owners and their guests can enjoy the fabulous views from any room,” said Berk.
According to Curtis Gunther, President of Imperial Homes of Naples, Peninsula is the perfect fit for his custom home building company.
“Those purchasing in Peninsula Treviso Bay are very savvy buyers who are looking for a great Naples’ location, close to downtown and the Gulf beaches, as well as a quality built home with incredible views,” he said. “That fits Imperial’s mission perfectly. Our team has the complete background to offer not only the quality of construction, but can also customize each home so it is uniquely different to each owner.”
In addition to their beautiful homes and incredible views, residents of Peninsula Treviso Bay enjoy the outstanding amenities available at the prestigious country club community.
Surrounding the Peninsula is the Arthur Hills designed, 18 hole championship golf course, part of the PGA TOUR’s acclaimed TPC Network of Clubs.
The inspiring 7,367 yard, TOUR-caliber golf course is situated on 188 acres with several holes adjacent to the 110,000-acre Rookery Bay National Estuarine Reserve.
The enclave of Peninsula also overlooks the magnificent 76,000-square-foot Mediterranean-inspired clubhouse, just beyond the picturesque lake. The elegant grand dining room of the TPC Golf Club provides privacy for large venues and there are several other spaces for special meetings. Outdoor veranda seating presents a full view of the 9th and 18th fairways and greens.
There’s also the casual chic of the Player’s Grille, a smartly stocked Pro Shop, and the locker room lounge area where players will find billiards, a game room, a library and an attendant to do a number of tasks including ordering food.
Nearby in the community is Treviso Bay’s 15,000-square-foot Villa Rilassare, a spa, fitness and health club and pool complex that is nothing short of wondrous.
While aerobics, Pilates, spin classes and full service spa treatments can be found inside, outside you’ll find waterfalls, tropical landscaping, beachside cabanas and the pools. Both resort-style and lap pools welcome adults while children enjoy their own pool. Also in this area one will find La Piscina, the poolside restaurant and bar – accented with firepits.
Other amenities surrounding the clubhouse area include 8 lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, as well as beach volleyball, pickleball and bocce courts.
As for Imperial Homes of Naples, the luxury custom home builder has over 20 years’ experience in the Southwest Florida marketplace, with its top two leaders, Curtis Gunther and Project Superintendent Wes Cypher combining for more than 65 years of experience
“If someone is in the market for a new home in the Naples area, they owe it to themselves to visit Peninsula,” encourages Gunther.
“After just one visit they’ll realize Peninsula has everything they are looking for. A great location. Phenomenal custom-designed homes. And amenities to keep them as busy as they want to be,” reaffirmed Berk.
