Peninsula - Firenze model

The Peninsula at Treviso Bay Breaks Ground on Firenze Model

Construction has started on the newest model floor plan available at the Peninsula at Treviso Bay: Firenze.

The 2,881 square foot under air Firenze model will have three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a study and spacious outdoor living area. The coastal contemporary Firenze floor plan has been developed in response to potential buyers looking for a smaller option that maintains the same high quality features implemented in all of the Peninsula’s homes. “We are delighted to offer the Firenze model to potential home buyers. This is a carefully designed single family home appointed with the exceptional features, appliances, and designs seen in Peninsula’s larger models. Not to mention the same access to the incredible amenities within Treviso Bay,” says Development Manager at The Peninsula, Curtis Gunther.

Hardwood floors will be laid throughout the Firenze model, and the modern and unique ceiling design will encompass exposed boxed beams creating warmth and volume.

Upon entering the Peninsula’s newest floor plan, guests will be welcomed into the foyer with access to the study directly to the right, and the garage and owner’s entry directly to the left. A double door entrance offers access to the study, which is appointed with a front facing window offering views to the well-manicured landscaping lining the front courtyard of the home. The two-car garage will offer homeowners private access in to the home, and to the functional utility room equipped with washer and dryer, plenty of counter space, and a sink.

The open floor plan encompasses a gourmet kitchen appointed with SubZero/Wolf appliances, a dining area overlooking the lanai and a spacious great room. The focal point of Firenze’s kitchen is an eat-in island with space to comfortably seat four. A closed-off, walk in pantry clad with shelving space sits at the corner of the kitchen. A dishwasher, gas cooktop and built-in microwave are among the appliances incorporated into the construction of the kitchen.

The great room is lined with sliding glass doors that offer homeowners the ability to transform the residence in to the archetypal Florida home prioritizing indoor-outdoor living. Firenze’s kitchen overlooks the sitting area in the great room, which will be thoughtfully and professionally styled and arguably boast the most impressive views out of all of the interior spaces. The two additional bedrooms are situated at the leftmost side of the home each appointed with full bathrooms and closets. The guest wing is also conveniently equipped with its own linen closet.

The private master suite is located on the opposite side of the home in the right wing, with a master bedroom, his and hers walk-in closets, and master bathroom. A freestanding tub acts as the central point of the master bath, with doors to the dual entry shower located on either side. Separate sinks with distinct counter space line the walls on the sides of the bathroom. The master bedroom is well appointed with an expansive window facing the rear of the home, with views of the outdoor living areas and pool deck.

Two lanais comprise the outdoor living area of Firenze, protecting the outdoor furniture and appliances from the elements. A key feature of the outdoor living area is the full summer kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, sink, stove and exhaust hood. The spacious pool deck is surrounded by tropical landscaping with long water views of the 18th hole of the TPC Treviso Bay golf course. A generous square of the pool is dedicated to the spa with a waterfall that constantly overflows in to the main pool.

Construction began on the highly anticipated Firenze during the third week of February and is available for sale as a quick delivery home. The Peninsula’s quick delivery homes offer buyers the opportunity to purchase the residence in the early phases of construction, thus speeding up the delivery process and allowing ample time to add any customizations to the floor plan.

Buzz About Burano

Peninsula’s move-in ready Burano model is the current showpiece of the coastal contemporary neighborhood. The one-story Burano amasses to 3,515 total square feet under air with four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, expansive master suite, lanai, swimming pool and spa and spacious great room. Sale is pending on the Burano model seen at the 2019 Parade of Homes, styled by Interiors by Design West, and will be sold fully furnished with accessories included.

Burano has proven to be an exceptionally popular floor plan for the Peninsula, with six Burano plans sold in the neighborhood thus far. Peninsula’s first residents live in a Burano home, and plans are underway to construct two Burano’s on recently purchased outstanding south and west facing lots in the neighborhood. Live Where You Play: Peninsula at TPC Treviso Bay is a Golf Enthusiast’s Ultimate Home

Your Peninsula home purchase not only gives you the immaculately constructed residence, but is also your ticket to the unmatched amenities within Treviso Bay, including two clubhouses, spa, fine dining and 18-hole championship TPC golf course, where limitless options for year-round fun at its 7300+ yard emerald fairways make everyday living comparable to an infinite vacation. Better yet, the annual golf dues are just $3,395.

Treviso Bay’s TPC course was carefully and imaginatively produced by award-winning course architect Arthur Hills, whose name is synonymous with links that are beautiful, fun to play, and classic in character and strategy. He considers Treviso Bay’s boomeranged 12th hole (nicknamed the “Long Way Home” by the property’s pros) among his best work spanning a career portfolio of 180 world-class courses.

Treviso Bay’s newly constructed 76,000 square-foot clubhouse offers a slew of delectable dining options plus private rooms for special events and meetings; a smartly stocked pro shop; and a lounge featuring billiards, a game room and library. There’s even an attendant ready to shine your shoes or change your spikes. Overlooking the 9th and 18th holes, The Player’s Grille presents traditional favorites and seasonal cuisine.

Compared to its golf community counterparts, total year one initiation and annual golf fees amount to $5,395 at the Peninsula, while many other surrounding communities advertise well over $100,000 in year one initiation and dues. The added value to these homes is unmatched.

The Value Continues with Villa Rilassare

In addition to the incredible golf clubhouse, residents enjoy the resort club, Villa Rilassare, which is even more all-encompassing and inclusive. Villa Rilassare is a 15,000 square foot facility with lavish resort-style amenities, including a full-service spa, fitness and health club, and pool complex. The tropical inspired main pool features bright umbrellas, lush landscaping, and waterfalls galore surrounded by plenty of relaxing chaises ideal for soaking up some signature Florida sun, and poolside dining at La Piscina.

For those who crave a sandy beach on a warm winter Florida day, look no further. Villa Rilassare dedicates a portion of its lakefront to a sandy beach complete with more chaises, palm trees, hammocks, and private cabanas. This man-made beach feels just like the real thing, which is found only a mere six miles away at the Gulf.

The full-service Utopia Spa offers guests a luxurious array of specialty services, including signature massages, 75-minute facials, nail treatments and waxing. Indulge in one of the spa’s packages to enjoy a bundle of these services all in one day. The Utopia Spa also offers a full list of hair services, including cuts, colors, and specialties like blow-outs and keratin treatments.

Not only does Villa Rilassare cater to guests seeking relaxation, it also harbors some more active lifestyle amenities with eight lighted tennis courts, pickle ball, beach volleyball and bocce. A tennis pro is permanently on staff to assist players with their game.
